Thomas Martin Walker

Thomas Martin Walker, 77, of North Canton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 10, 2021.

He was born November 15, 1943 in Elyria, Ohio and raised in Oberlin before moving to North Canton in 1977 with his family.  He was employed as a carpenter and was a member of Carpenter’s Local Union No. 285, retiring in 2000.

Tom was a quiet man who enjoyed feeding the birds and squirrels at his home.

He is survived by his devoted daughter, Rebecca Mulheim (Eric) of North Canton, Ohio, his beloved grandchildren, Dylan, Bailey, and Hilary, his dear mother-in-law, Ruth “Pete” Kossow, and his well-loved cat, Moo.  Tom will also be remembered by his nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Sharen (nee Kossow), by his son Theodore, “Ted” M. Walker, his brother Jerry Walker, and by his parents Fred and Hazel Walker (nee Martin) .

A private family graveside committal service will take place on May 29th at Brownhelm Cemetery in Vermillion, Ohio.
