Ruth Ann Wolfe, 76 years of age, and a resident of South Amherst, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at Metro Health in Cleveland, following a brief illness.
She was born September 3, 1944 in Arkansas. She had made her home in South Amherst since 1991.
Her primary focus in life was that of a homemaker. Ruth enjoyed tending to her flower gardens and watching the hummingbirds.
Survivors include her husband of thirty-six years, Robert Wolfe; her children, Christine Barlow of Lorain, Henry Beachler of Nebraska, Toni Walls of Lorain; her stepchildren, Robert Wolfe (Janice) of Wellington, Jason Wolfe (Amanda) of Abington, MA and Adam Wolfe (Jo) of Washington; her grandchildren, Melissa Barlow, Scott Beachler, Jae Beachler; her great grandchildren, Melea Barlow and Everleigh Beachler; her siblings,, Arthor James and Maureen Baughman both of Indiana and Rosemary James of Washington.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Bobbie and Brad; and by her parents.
Services will be held privately by the family.
The family suggests that all memorial gifts be given directly to the family.
