It is with mixed sorrow and joy that we offer our condolences to the Bortner family.  After so many years of friendship and sharing our good and troubling  times, we mourn the loss of Ralph.  However our faith tells us of a better place in the arms of Our Lord.  We are sure he is there with Rae at his side.  A well earned reward for the patience of a saint.  We were blessed to be among his friends for meals together, fishing and so many card games.  Our loss is heavens gain,  See you later dear friend.!
