Paul Josesph O'Hare

Paul Joseph O’Hare, 74 years of age, and a resident of Medina, passed away, Monday,  October 9, 2023 at the Cleveland Clinic.

He was born November 3, 1948, in Athens, Ohio. Paul had made his home in Elyria for the majority of his life. 

Paul was employed at the Chronicle Telegram for fifty years before retiring as a composing manager. Hobbies included building model trains and restoring hot rods with his brother George. He will be remembered as a caring and selfless person who loved his family.

Survivors include his children, Brian O’Hare of Medina, Keri Bailey of Lorain and Jacob O’Hare (Tiffany) of North Canton; his grandchildren, Mikah, Danielle, McKenna, Riley, Vivian and Renesmee; his brother, George O’Hare (Pat) of Lagrange, and his companion of fifteen years, Pam Coleman and her two sons JP and Andrew.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Madeline O’Hare (nee: Passatore).

Private services will be held by the family.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made directly to the family for funeral expenses.
