Paul J. Floreske

Paul J. Floreske, 59 years of age, and a resident of Lorain, passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Mercy Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.

Paul was born September 14, 1962 in Berea and lived in the Olmsted Township area until moving to Lorain 10 years ago. Paul graduated from Olmsted Falls High School. 

Paul worked as a truck driver for various local trucking companies.  He proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps from 1982 to 1985.  Paul was an avid Cleveland sports fan and had a special place in his heart for his pet dogs.

Survivors include his brother Donald (Tammy) Floreske of Amherst; his niece Hanna Floreske; his nephew Matt Floreske; and his companion of 10 years Shelly Haubert.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife Susan Floreske (nee: Elliot) in 2009 and his parents Paul and Dianne Floreske (nee: Bagi).

Memorial services will be held by the family at a later date. Interment will be at the Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
