Linda Lou Ohle (nee: Logsdon), 69 years of age, and a resident of Lorain, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2021, at New Life Hospice Residence Center following a recent illness.
Linda was born April 4, 1951, in Wheeling, WV. She was raised in Bloomingdale, Ohio, before moving to Lorain in 1969 where she and her husband made their home.
Linda was self employed as a housekeeper, owning and operating her own business for many years. Prior to that, she worked as a cake decorator at Convenient Food Mart for several years. An industrious woman, she always enjoyed keeping busy. By far her greatest joy in life was found in the time that she spent with her family and grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish her memory her sons William C. (Melinda) Ohle of Lorain, and Dale (Tonya) Ohle of Vermilion; her grandchildren Michael Ohle, Julia Ohle, Daniel Ohle, Claire Ohle; and her brother Ray Logsdon of Piney Fork, OH.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband of forty-six years William Frank Ohle; her brothers Dale Logsdon, Senate “Peeper” Logsdon; and her parents Clarence Dale and Odessa Faye Logsdon (nee: Willis).
Public visitation for family and friends will be held at the Hempel Funeral Home, Tuesday afternoon, January 5, 2021, by reservation at https://signup.com/go/DYCUCpp or by calling 440-988-4451 between 9am and 5pm.
