Jeffrey Aarron Smith

February 20, 1976 ~ January 17, 2022 (age 45)

Jeffrey Aarron Smith crossed over to heaven's gates where he was met by his loved ones who have been waiting with open arms, On January 17, 2022.
Bubba was a big hearted, loving and caring man. Jeff loved spending time surrounded by his family and friends. Jeff was the type of man who would give his shirt off his back or his last dollar to someone in need. He spent numerous hours at the Salvation Army assisting with Food Service and Fellowship. He loved life and cherished it to the fullest extent.
Jeff spent a lot of time with his nephew Nick going on late night drives with no destinations and making memories. Jeff and Nick had a bond no one could ever replace. Jeff was a father figure to many; he would always tell stories of how proud he was of the loved ones in his family. Jeff loved and cherished listening to the music his Dad and Grandfather Bernard played and watching them perform. A good laugh was heard as he watched his Maw-Maw clog dance. Bubba also loved his Aunt Jan’s, Nanner (Banana) Pudding.
Jeff cherished the moments with his mom Jane and Grandparents, John and Lillian Stack. His Grandparent loved to cook, and Jeff loved to eat! The day would include boat rides and kayaking, gracefully riding every wave to shore. The perfect end of the day was watching the sunset or a brewing storm.
Jeff loved his sister Janette with all his heart and always enjoyed the late night and early morning conversations they had, knowing they both cherish and love each other more than words can describe.
Jeff had a special love for his niece Alexandrea, words cannot describe. She was his little girl and would give her the world if he could have.
Jeff will always hold a special place in everyone's heart. Jeff told Nick many times WE NEVER SAY GOODBYE BUT SEE YOU LATER.
Jeff had many nicknames given to him by his loved ones and friends. He always loved and cherished being called. Jeff will be missed by many and will always live eternally by memories made by many. Jeff is the guardian angel to many.
Survivors include his father & stepmother Carlyle & Dawn Smith; his mother & stepfather Ken & Jane Ferris; his sister Janette; his children Katie, Cholie, Silas; his nephew & Niece Nick and Alexandrea; his aunts and uncles Dale & Jan Perkins, John & Tina Smith, Bill & Cindy Allen, Alton & Cathy (Stack) Headworth and his beloved dog Rambo-BO.BO along with many cousins.
Dear to his heart, friends Kelly and Kristine and also the many friends he had made.
Jeff, will always be known as a Fighter, Warrior, Dad, Son, Brother, Uncle.
If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joy and no regrets.
Like branches on a tree that we played on when we were younger.  Our branches may grow in different directions, but our Hearts, Souls and Roots remain as one. Everyone in our lives will always be a special part of each other.
Services will be announced at a later date and time.
