A love for travel led George through many parts of the world. He has traveled to all 50 states and over 49 destinations worldwide.
The most gratifying trips for him were the 5 mission work trips to El Salvador.
In recent years George was active as a member of American Legion Post 118 in Amherst and the Lorain Senior Fellowship.
