Doreen Miles Obituary
Doreen Lenore Miles (nee: Cutright), 57 years of age, and a resident of Vermilion, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Cleveland Clinic.
She was born December 28, 1965, in Cleveland, Ohio. Doreen was raised in Elyria, graduating from Elyria High School. She had made her home in Vermilion for the last three years.
Doreen was employed at Northern Savings and Loan for over twenty years in customer service. Her greatest joy was the time she spent with her family, including her dog Buster who was her faithful companion. She loved birds, especially caring for hummingbirds in the summertime.
Survivors include her children, Alexa Adams (Steven) of Bellefontaine, Ohio, and Sam Miles (Rebecca) of Vermilion; her grandchildren, Joanna and Abigail Adams; her mother, June Cutright (nee: McCloud); her siblings, Dan Cutright (Susan) of Advance, North Carolina, Diane Cutright (Dave) and Rebecca Haywood both of Elyria.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dan Cutright; and her sister, Denise Beal.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 12:00 noon at First Baptist Church, 11400 LaGrange Road, Elyria. Burial will be held privately by the family.
