Donna Jean Riddle (nee: Flowers), 77 years of age, and a former resident of South Amherst, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Amherst Manor Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.
Donna was born July 19, 1934 in Amherst, Ohio. She was a lifetime resident of Amherst and South Amherst and graduated from South Amherst High School
She was the owner and operator of Riddle's Odds' N Ends in South Amherst for ten years. Donna was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in South Amherst where she was active in numerous ways.
Survivors include her sons Shane Freeman and Jason Riddle both of South Amherst; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sisters Karen Martin of Amherst and Janet Page of Elyria.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Cynthia Linkous on October 28, 2005; her parents Alfred and Alice Flowers (nee: Hunt).
Services were held privately by the family.
